Already Wasted is powered by SuperGround

We are from Finland. It’s the happiest country on earth.

At SuperGround, we turn underused fish parts, like bones, skin, frames and heads into human food.

Most seafood starts by wasting half the fish. Ours doesn’t.

Already Wasted products will be available in the UK soon…

culinary manifesto

We use the whole damn fish.
Bones, skin, and heads.
Don’t worry, you won’t taste any bones in your mouth.

Taste comes first. Big flavour. No excuses.
If it doesn’t taste great, it should be wasted.

No luxury nonsense.
Food, not theatre.

Not for everybody.
